50 Reasons to Exercise in 2014

ExerciseDespite the high cost of keeping a gym membership, I’ve decided to keep mine active for the time being. In order to maximize the value out of the membership, I’ve set a goal of using it 100 times this year. I’ve gone 3 times so far, which is not bad, but I’ll need to put in some extra workouts to make up for time spent away from home and access to the gym.

The gym seems to be exceptionally busy at this time of year. There are a ton of new people who sign up as part of their New Year’s resolution. I may not believe in New Year’s Resolutions, but I do believe that exercise is an integral part of maintaining your health, and therefore your lifestyle. You can’t get everything you want out of life if you don’t have your health. I saw a poster at the gym with Reasons to Workout and I thought we could all use a little bit of inspiration.
